Our instrument library has been active recently! The lap harps have gotten some great love and attention with some younger players. Did you know we have traditional Irish instruments available for you to borrow? Our recent additions include two rosewood flutes. Check them out or give something else a try...
Join harpist and instructor Patricia Kernan for a FREE basic introduction to lever or folk harp. This program is being supported with harps from the UIAC instrument library and space at Celtic Hall.
This November, we're thrilled to welcome the Carroll Sisters Trio to Albany for a Irish fiddle workshop and to celebrate their second album - Radiance which features 11 tracks. We've been looking forward to having Emilie and Nora join us for some time and at last, we've been able to pull a date together in support of their album.
